DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process all orders of goods in stock within 1-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. If you need the items sooner, please drop us a message at hello@ainoah.co.uk and we will try our best to help.

The estimate delivery time after your order is dispatched is 2-3 working days. Please note deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle Of Man may take a little longer.

WE CAN ALSO SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD 

This service provides full online tracking and enables you to keep track of your parcel's progress.

Parcels addressed to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will be tracked up to acceptance into the territory.

We cannot accept any liability if you fail to receive your order following changes to delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company and which are different to what was on your order (e.g. in the garden, shed etc.)

FREE LOCAL COLLECTION

We offer free local collection from our studio. Email us at hello@ainoah.co.uk if you would like to arrange this.

SHIPPING COURIER

We have chosen Royal Mail as our main shipping partner. Royal Mail
has the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY

Please follow instructions left by the courier company if they attempted delivery while nobody was home so you can receive your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed orders and are unable to offer a refund in this case.

Please contact us before placing your order if you would like us to deliver to to you outside the UK so we can give you an accurate cost.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ainoah is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. The taxes and duties applied depend on the individual contents of the parcel, the weight and the value. The thresholds applicable within the EU are as follows:

Goods up to €150 may be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.

Goods above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.

The thresholds and the amounts charged may vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We hope you will love your products as much as we loved designing them. Please contact us if you have any questions before placing an order, to help reduce the carbon-footprint of returns, at hello@ainoah.co.uk

Items can be refunded within 14 days of your order being received.

We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted beforehand and the return has been agreed. Please contact us at orders@ainoah.co.uk with your order number to request a refund.

We aim to process return within 1-3 days of receiving your request.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for a refund to be credited back to you once your order or item arrives back with us and after we have checked/processed it.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

For returns to be accepted, the items must be unused and in perfect condition. We would appreciate your help in carefully folding any returns and putting them back in the tote bags if these were provided as part of a set.

We will refund the full order amount minus the initial shipping costs.

In case of faulty items please obtain proof of postage for us to be able to refund the shipping costs also.

We recommend using a recorded/trackable postal service as any returns are at your own risk.
