Our rugs are crafted using traditional weaving techniques. They are as durable as they are beautiful. This design made exclusively for us features a scalloped border and a sprinkle of silver embellishment.

Handmade outside Jaipur.

Jute strands are braided by women at home. These braids are then stitched together at our workshop with a zig zag pattern to keep them in place.

100% jute, a sustainable natural fibre which needs minimal water and chemicals to grow. Upcycled silver tape detail running through.

Some shedding is normal and might occur due to the natural fibers. This will subside after a few weeks with the help of some regular vacuuming

Please note that each mat is individually made. You may find slight variations in texture and colour. We believe these add charm and tell a story, making each product unique.

Our rugs are transported folded. Any fold marks as a result of this will disappear after little while. To help speed the process, you can lay your rug on the floor in direct sunlight for a few hours, or simply lay something heavy on any areas that need it for a day or so.

Our scalloped mats are made in a family-owned workshop in the countryside about an hour away from Jaipur. The art of rug and dhurrie weaving is taught by one generation to the next and is still an important livelihood and source of identity in many rural areas of Rajasthan.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be refunded within 14 days of your order being received.

We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted beforehand and the return has been agreed. Please email orders@ainoah.co.uk

Provided items are returned unused and in perfect condition we will refund the full amount for the style minus the initial shipping costs, unless your order is damaged/faulty.

We recommend using a recorder or trackable postal service as any returns are at your own risk.
